Moderated by Belen Alvarado-Roman, Sustainable Tourism Specialist at the Greater Miami Convention & Visitors Bureau, this conversation will explore community impact, sustainable living practices, and collaborative solutions to reduce waste and protect environmental health.

• Francisco Torres, Founder & CEO of Compost for Life, Transforming food scraps into nutrient-rich soil to reduce landfill waste in Miami.

• Jane Marie Russell  of U.S. Food Rescue , Leading efforts to redistribute surplus food to communities in need nationwide.

• Chef Christopher Robertson, Executive Chef at Carillon Miami Wellness Resort , Championing sustainability and wellness-driven cuisine with exclusive farm-to-table tastings.
